Sugar Detox – day 20

Happy 4th of July!  In the spirit of freedom, I allowed myself some fruit.  I admit it… I had some fruit today. Gimme a break!

Pineapple Sorbet

Breakfast:
banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie

Lunch:
brussels hash with bacon, onion, and avocado; water

Snack:
olives; water

Dinner:
burger with sauteed onion (no roll); BLT salad with hard-boiled eggs, radishes, and dairy-free Caesar dressing; corn on the cob with ghee; iced coffee with almond milk

The Fruit:
Pineapple Sorbet (without honey)
