Sugar Detox – day 19

We met some out-of-town family members at Beavertail this morning – so much fun!  I pretty much got up, made breakfast for everyone, whipped up my smoothie… then started putting lunch together.  Somewhere in there I managed to get myself dressed. *grin*

Breakfast:
banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie

Lunch:
leftover Salmon Scrambled Eggs; olives; pepper slices; water

Snack:
half a smoothie

Dinner:
brussels hash with bacon, onion, and avocado (no egg); water (everyone else kept saying how good this looked, so I had to share a few bites)
